Bill Summary: This bill would have required each county school superintendent to annually certify to the State Superintendent of Schools that the Personal Financial Literacy Curriculum is being taught in the county. The State Department of Education would have been required to monitor implementation of the curriculum and annually report to the Governor and General Assembly.

History: In 2010 SB 1060 died in the Rules Committee.
