Attention Maryland Chamber of Commerce Members – Task Force Participation Requested

This taskforce was charged to: conduct a comprehensive examination of ideas that the state could implement by legislation or regulation to ensure that private sector employees have the opportunity to a secure retirement; review the approach taken by other states or countries of state-sponsored retirement savings plans; review desirable plan features; and develop specific recommendations as to the policies that the state should undertake to ensure that every employee has an opportunity for a secure retirement.
