BGE Announces Nine New College Scholarships

The BGE Scholars Award will give annual scholarships, each worth up to $5,000, to nine students in BGE’s service area.

Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. announced Monday that it was creating nine new scholarships in honor of the utility company’s bicentennial.

The scholarship program is one of three legacy gifts BGE promised at the beginning of the year as a way to commemorate its 200th year in business.
