Business Roundtable President/CEO M.H. Jim Estepp is Honored by the USAF
MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL– The Greater Prince George’s Business Roundtable and the Andrews Business & Community Alliance are pleased to congratulate Roundtable President/CEO M.H. Jim Estepp on his receiving the United States Air Force’s Distinguished Public Service Award as a result of his dedication and continual efforts to improve the lives of the Nation’s Airmen and his service to America’s Airfield at Joint Base Andrews, the home of Air Force One and her surrounding Prince George’s County community. The award was presented in a ceremony this week to Mr. Estepp by the Secretary of the Air Force, Deborah Lee James and Air Force Chief of Staff General Mark A. Welsh III.

Jim Estepp said, “Over the last decade plus, since the inception of the Andrews Business & Community Alliance, our mission has been to stand beside the men and women who risk their lives in defense of this nation. Receiving an honor such as this is a testament to the exceptional men and women we’ve partnered with in the past decade whose leadership has made Joint Base Andrews the nation’s premier military installation.”
Mr. Estepp’s service to Joint Base Andrews goes back more than four decades including his time as County Public Safety Director and as the 9th District County Councilman, whose district included Andrews Air Force Base.
The Andrews Business & Community Alliance was proud to be the civilian partner in Joint Base Andrew’s successful win of the Air Force-wide competition for the Commander in Chief’s Award for Installation Excellence in 2015.
