Business Volunteers Seeking GIVE Program Applicants

Business Volunteers Maryland is accepting application for its 2015 GIVE class. The GIVE program is designed to raise awareness among the next generation of civic leaders about the growing need for volunteerism. The curriculum educates classmates on key community issues, inspires them to make a meaningful difference in their community and develops the necessary skills for success.  

The program is a 10 month experience that begins in February and ends in November. The core components include monthly learning seminars, volunteer experiences and networking events that enhance personal and professional development. There is also a class project that is designed to create a stronger cohort experience while strengthening leadership skills such as project planning, decision making and collaboration.
