MARYLAND STATE INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX EXTENSION
This week, Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot announced all Maryland individual income tax filers have 3 extra months to file state returns and submit final payments owed on their 2021 taxes without penalty or interest. There is no need to request an extension to July 15, 2022. All resident and non-resident filers will automatically be granted the three-month filing and payment extension.
