Shawe Rosenthal, LLP, in partnership with the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, will be holding a complimentary one-hour webinar to explain the obligations and requirements of OSHA’s new Emergency Temporary Standard, which requires employers with 100+ employees to:
1) require workforce vaccination or testing, and
2) provide paid vaccination leave. We will discuss the ETS’ technical requirements, identify issues of concern to employers, and provide guidance on compliance.
