Maryland Chamber of Commerce Board Nomination Process Underway

Co-chairing the Nominating Committee are Terry Neimeyer of KCI Technologies and John McCormick, recently retired from McCormick Foods, both of whom have long been active with the Chamber’s leadership.  The co-chairs are assembling a committee that will nominate a slate of candidates to be considered by the full Board.

The Nominating Committee will meet to determine any reappointments to the board and new nominations.  Nominees must be in good standing as Maryland Chamber members, having paid their dues and actively participated in Maryland Chamber activities or committees.  All board members are expected to support the Chamber’s mission and goals by helping to recruit new members, supporting special events and actively engaging in committees and programs.

If you are interested in being considered for a board seat, please send a letter of interest including a brief bio by April 10, 2015, to Brien Poffenberger, President/CEO, Maryland Chamber, 60 West Street, Suite 100, Annapolis, MD 21401 or bpoffenberger@mdchamber.org.
