ANNAPOLIS, Md. — The Maryland Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for the 2023-2024 Board of Directors, a prestigious board of executives who represent businesses from every industry and every corner of Maryland.
“The Maryland Chamber of Commerce has the distinction of representing Maryland’s job creators and leading advocacy on critical issues, all towards achieving the goal of making Maryland a state where all businesses and their communities thrive,” said incoming board chair Misty Allen. “Board members have a chance to make a real impact on the future of our state. I encourage Marylanders to nominate a leader they know for this rewarding and influential opportunity.”
The Maryland Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors is responsible for developing the vision and strategy needed to carry out the Chamber’s mission, support its members and advance Maryland as a nationally and globally competitive leader in economic growth and private-sector job creation.
The Chamber is seeking nominations of outstanding leaders who will help drive the Chamber – and Maryland’s business community – forward. Nominations should be submitted by February 27, 2023, and individuals nominated must meet the following criteria:
