The nominating process for one- and three-year seats on the Maryland Chamber Board of Directors is underway.
Chairing the committee is Immediate Past Chairman Bill Riley of CohnReznick. Current Chairman Tom Graham of Pepco Holdings, Vice Chair Sheela Murthy of The Murthy Law Firm and Secretary-Treasurer Nate Beil of KCI Technologies also serve on the committee as do four board members whose terms are not ending: Wayne Curry of The Michael Companies, Bancroft Gordon of Marriott International, Tom Lewis of The Johns Hopkins Institutions and Pegeen Townsend of MedStar Health.
The Nominating Committee will meet through early spring to determine any reappointments to the board and new nominations. Nominees must be in good standing as Maryland Chamber members, having paid their dues and actively participated in Chamber activities or committees. All board members are expected to support the Chamber’s mission and goals by helping to recruit new members, supporting special events and actively engaging in committees and programs.
