McDaniel College Names Jennifer Glennon Director of Human Resources

Jennifer Glennon has been named Director of Human Resources at McDaniel College. In this role, she will be responsible for all human resources functions, including employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, record keeping and legal compliance. 

With more than 10 years of experience in human resources, Glennon has held positions at the Boys’ Latin School of Maryland, Mosaic Community Services and Copper Ridge. She formerly served as coordinator of the Human Resources Development (HRD) program in McDaniel College’s Graduate and Professional Studies. 

An adjunct faculty member at Carroll Community College, she is a board member of the Carroll County Society for Human Resource Management and sits on the Human Resource Committee at Carroll Lutheran Village. Glennon is a member of the Carroll Leadership class of 2005.

A resident of Westminster, Md., she earned a master’s degree in human resources development from McDaniel in 2004 and has a bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology from York College of Pennsylvania.
