EXPANSIONS

Mount St. Mary’s University

Mount St. Mary’s University is planning a $7.5 million renovation and expansion of its Richard J. Bolte, Sr. School of Business. Check out the details of the 12,140 square foot addition.


HONORS

Leadership Maryland

Congratulations to Leadership Maryland’s newly announced Class of 2019 — 18 of which are members of the Maryland Chamber! View the official press release here.

Holy Cross Health 

Holy Cross Hospital received Healthgrades 2019 America’s 250 Best Hospitals Award. This recognition places the Maryland-based hospital in the top five percent of more than 4,500 hospitals assessed nationwide for its superior clinical performance. Find out more about the award here.


GOOD WORK

Howard Bank

Howard Bank recently pledged to donate $500,000 to Junior Achievement and Humanim, two workforce development nonprofits. See how this grant will support Maryland Chamber members giving back to the community.

Bon Secours

Bon Secours Mercy Health System, along with five other hospital systems, is working to bring affordable housing options to Baltimore. This collaboration supports the idea that housing promotes stable, healthy communities. Learn more about the initiative here.
