The Baltimore Museum of Industry announced the selection of J. Thomas Sadowski, Jr. as its 2014 Industrialist of the Year.
Sadowski has been President & CEO of the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore since 2008. The William Donald Schaefer Industrialist of the Year Award was established in 2004 to recognize and celebrate visionary business leaders in Maryland who are distinguished by innovative approaches to industry and dedication to the well-being of their communities.
“I am honored to be named Industrialist of the Year by the Baltimore Museum of Industry. The BMI celebrates our industrial heritage, connecting the old with the new to inspire Baltimore’s leaders and help develop enterprising young minds. Our continued success as a region will be fueled by hard work and innovation. The museum reminds us that these qualities have and will always be part of Baltimore and its culture,” Sadowski said.
Sadowski will be honored during a June 5 luncheon. For more information, click here.
