Under Armour and Living Classrooms Foundation opened a renovated and expanded East Baltimore community center – UA House at Fayette – on Tuesday. The non-profit Living Classrooms Foundation will offer programs to children and families in nearby neighborhoods and schools.
The Baltimore-based athletic apparel brand donated $1.275 million to support activities at the center over several years. Kevin Plank, Under Armour founder and CEO, also donated $5 million to the project through his private Cupid Foundation.
